Joseph Friedhoff
Joe serves as a vice president for Michigan Virtual. He earned his Ph.D. in educational technologies from Michigan State University and is a nationally recognized researcher in the field of online and blended learning. He has taught in both face-to-face and online settings as well as at the secondary, undergraduate and graduate levels. Outside of work, Joe, his three boys, and his wife, Laura, do taekwondo together. Learning how to kiteboard is next on his list.
Hana Qerimi
Hana Qerimi is a passionate entrepreneur who has successfully started and expanded two startups internationally which are Digital School an educational institution and Starlabs a tech company. Both of her companies today employ over 100 young Kosovan engineers. Hana has over 10 years of professional experience in project and program management mainly in ICT sector where she has worked as a project and program manager with global clients such as ATT mobility, Vodafone, and eXtenet systems in the United States.
Art Shala
Art is an avid marketer and business person with more than 12 years of work experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing. Art received his MSc degree in Communication and Economics from the University of Lugano in Switzerland. He has been involved in supporting the education sector and worked with several organizations. Currently, he is Founder and Managing Director at XPR Consulting as well as an advisory board member at MACOA GmbH and Marketing Professor at the University of Gjilan in Kosovo.
Astrit Desku
Astrit is an expert in the field of information Technology with a narrow specialization in the management and development of software applications. He graduated from the University of Prishtina. Faculty of Electrical Engineering as a Graduate Electrical Engineer. He is currently a PhD Candidate at South East Europe University, and a professor in the Department of Computer Science.

Christopher Harrington
Dr. Christopher Harrington currently serves as Founder of the Institute for Teaching and Leading, LLC, Director of Michigan Virtual Learning Research Institute, and Chief Executive Officer of Harrington Education Associates, LLC. Dr. Harrington also served as President of eLearn Institute, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation), and he has experience assisting dozens of school districts across the United States in the design and implementation of blended, online, and personalized learning programs.
