Empowering Girls for Empowering Careers
The main issue that the project aims to focus on is the high rate of unemployment among youth in Kosova, particularly girls. They face many barriers and gender-based discrimination in accessing employment opportunities. Additionally, there is a lack of digital skills, which further hinders opportunities for employment and professional development in the digital age. Hence, by combining digital skills and mentoring opportunities, the project aims to enhance the employability of girls in Kosovo. The collaboration with partner organizations and the comparative analysis of Visegrad countries’ experiences further enriches the project’s potential for success and allows for the exchange of best practices.
